MV Karwela - so good we went there twice!
This time we took a little more time to look into the engine room and along the decks as well as the famous staircase. Rich got more time for video, and to get comfortable in his new Fourth Element drysuit. Deco diving has its advantages...thanks Shearwater Research!

Gozo: Blue Hole & Inland Sea...
For colour and light, there are few sites on the island that can match the magical feeling of the tunnel that runs out from the inland sea... alas video does it no justice.
It was really great to see an octopus out - it became a little shy as we approached, and unfortunately we didn't really have enough time left to linger and see if it became more interested....

First dive on the iconic wrecks of the Karwela and Cominoland, which we loved, even though the vis was apparently not up to its usual standard (really?!)
Also my first run at video editing. I think I’ve learned a fair bit, and I’m not that happy with the footage, but interesting learning…

Finally catching up…. Today we were in the pool on a one-to-one Try Dive with Finley, who was an absolute rocket in the water: we had trouble keeping up!
It was a great session and it’s always enjoyable to introduce a newcomer to diving!
