Advanced 35

The RAID Advanced 35 course is more than just range extension. It is a course designed to expand your diving experience, and train you in the safe use of scuba to a maximum depth of 35 meters with no decompression obligations, whilst polishing the all-important core skills and introducing some diver rescue concepts.

This course is more intensive than the Explorer 30 program, and can only be joined by divers with more than four hours logged in-water experience. Comprising three confined water dives and six open water dives, the Advanced 35 course is a challenge waiting to be accepted!

The course will extend your depth range to 35 meters, with an emphasis on good planning and teamwork. It also touches on some core rescue elements. However, it’s not all about depth, it is also designed to improve you as an all-round safe diver.

To certify as a RAID Advanced 35 Diver, you must complete all three confined water, and all six open water dives. Two of the open water dives are deep dives. There is also a navigation dive, a buoyancy check dive, a rescue dive, and one elective dive that you can choose with a little discussion with you instructor and dive team.
