The PADI Scuba Diver course is a beginner level certification. It introduces diving to those individuals with time constraints, and those interested in diving in groups and tours guided by a certified professional at all times.
It’s also a step towards the Open Water Diver certification. You’ll do some of the same theory, pool and open water work so that if you choose to continue on to that course you can complete it in less time. Once qualified, you can dive to a maximum depth of 12m, with a certified divemaster or instructor as your guide.
