Enriched Air (Nitrox) Diver Specialty
Your dive time can be limited by the nitrogen in the air you breathe. By using enriched air (Nitrox), you can reduce the nitrogen in your breathing mixture, and in doing so extend your no-decompression dive time.
During the PADI Enriched Air (Nitrox) course, you’ll learn about the use, benefits and hazards of using gas mixes with 22% to 40% oxygen, enriched air dive planning and the procedures you need to understand to obtain and analyse nitrox fills and dive safely with it.
There are no required scuba dives, although there is an option to come along on a guided check-dive with us for some practice, please ask for details.
